About Our Subscriptions
Purchase your quarterly seasonal subscription starting with our Spring Box.
HOW DOES IT WORK?
Option 1: Auto-renewal Quarterly Subscription
When you purchase your next product box, select "Subscribe and Save" at checkout. Your payment information will set up your pre-authorized subscription and you'll be charged for your four seasonal product boxes the day of purchase and then every three months for the upcoming season (Jan 20th. March 20th, June 20th, Sept 20th). We charge 3 months in advance so we can confirm our numbers with the local businesses making and customizing your items. Your discount will be applied at checkout and on all of your future pre-authorized purchases.
WHEN WILL MY PRODUCT BOXES ARRIVE?
Seasonal Pick-up/Delivery Schedule:
* Winter 2021- ships in January 2022 (current box)
- Spring 2022 -ships in March
- Summer 2022-ships in June
- Fall 2022- ships in September
- Winter 2022-ships in late Nov-early Dec. (in time for the holidays)
WHAT ABOUT CLOTHING SIZES?
When you purchase your first seasonal box, we will automatically save the size you order and apply it to all other orders. If you decide you'd like to change the sizing, simply contact us at email@example.com, and we'll make the change for your next order.
WHAT HAPPENS IF I NEED TO CANCEL MY QUARTERLY SUBSCRIPTION?
No problem! We understand. We do require a two seasonal box minimum purchase and then you can cancel any-time after your second seasonal box. We’ll stop the automatic payment on your account and you won’t be charged again. You MUST cancel your subscription BEFORE you are charged for that season's subscription (Jan. 20th, March 20th, June 20th, Sept. 20th), or the account will be cancelled with the next season’s box.
Yearly subscriptions are a one-time purchase and cannot be cancelled half way through the year. (discontinued)
