About Our Subscriptions
Purchase your 1 Year or Quarterly Seasonal Subscriptions starting with our SPRING box!
HOW DOES IT WORK?
Option 1: Purchase a FULL ONE YEAR SUBSCRIPTION.
You will receive all four seasonal boxes automatically. Are you local? Receive free local delivery with your purchase AND pay a lower seasonal fee. Your subscription will expire one year after purchase. No cancellations.
Option 2: Auto-renewal Quarterly Subscription
When you purchase your next product box, select "Subscribe and Save" at checkout. Your payment information will set up your pre-authorized subscription and you'll be charged for your four seasonal product boxes on the 2nd day of the month, the month before your delivery (Dec. 2nd, March 2nd, June 2nd, Sept. 2nd). We charge a month in advance so we can confirm our numbers with the local businesses making and customizing your items. Your discount will be applied at checkout and on all of your future pre-authorized purchases.
WHEN WILL MY PRODUCT BOXES ARRIVE?
Seasonal Pick-up/Delivery Schedule:
- Winter 2021- January 15-16th
- Spring 2021- April 9th-10th
- Summer 2021- July 16-17th
- Fall 2021- October 8th-9th
WHAT ABOUT CLOTHING SIZES?
When you purchase your first seasonal box, we will automatically save the size you order and apply it to all other orders. If you decide you'd like to change the sizing, simply contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org, and we'll make the change for your next order.
WHAT HAPPENS IF I NEED TO CANCEL MY QUARTERLY SUBSCRIPTION?
No problem! We understand. Cancel any-time and we'll stop the automatic payment on your account. You must cancel your subscription BEFORE you are charged for that season's subscription (Dec. 2nd, March 2nd, June 2nd, Sept. 2nd), or the account will be cancelled with the next seasonal box.
Yearly subscriptions are a one-time purchase and cannot be cancelled.
