Returns/Subscription Cancellations

Single product box orders: cancel up to the order deadline cut off by sending us an email with your order number. Refunds will not be issued after the order deadline cut off.

Seasonal subscription box orders: subscriptions can be cancelled after the two seasonal box commitment minimum is fulfilled AND before customers are charged their automatic payment for each season.

Payments process on the following dates: Dec. 20th- Spring payment, March 20th- Summer payment, June 20th- Fall payment, Sept. 20th- Winter payment .

Cancellations requested after the seasonal automatic payment has gone through will stop with the next seasonal box. 

Clothing: all clothing is custom made to order and exchanges are not available. For sizing questions or to make a change to your subscription sizing, please email mylocalboxco@gmail.com
