Returns/Subscription Cancellations

Single product box orders: cancel up to 2 days before the pick up or delivery date by sending us an email with your order number. Refunds will not be issued after the 2 day cut off.

Seasonal subscription box orders: subscriptions can be cancelled before customers are charged their automatic payment on the 2nd of the month of the seasonal box (Oct. 2nd, Jan. 2nd, April 2nd, July 2nd). Cancellations requested after the seasonal automatic payment has gone through will stop with the next seasonal box.

Clothing: all clothing is custom made to order and exchanges are not available. For sizing questions or to make a change to your subscription sizing please email mylocalboxco@gmail.ca
